Marilyn Merrick

Raised in Central Toronto, Marilyn has lived in the Toronto area all of her life. Trained in art and design at the Ontario College of Art, Marilyn became active in the residential resale market in the 1980s and later, along with Saul, in the marketing and sale of new and renovated homes in the Greater Toronto Area. Because of her involvement in the lives and education of her children as they were growing up. Marilyn understands the needs of families looking to make a home decision. Marilyn has a great awareness of the services, including schools, community facilities, and retail, available in the areas she serves and is able to advise clients of the benefits of living in a particular area.

Marilyn’s background in art and design has proven to be a valuable asset to both Sellers and Buyers for sales and marketing, design and property valuation expertise. She is recognized by her clients for the creative and exquisite advice she offers to them.

 

Saul Merrick

Saul has been involved in all aspects of real estate since beginning his career. As a practicing real estate lawyer, he advised clients on their property investments. After 15 years in practice (during which time he received the honour of being awarded a Queen’s Council designation), Saul decided to combine his legal understanding with his entrepreneurial insights to become a leading developer of new and renovated homes and now an active Vice-President of Forest Hill Real Estate Inc.

As the real estate field grows and matures in Toronto, Saul has been involved in every aspect of its evolution having contributed to healthy lifestyles and investments for homebuyers and sellers in the city for decades. He is recognized by his clients and the builder-developer community as a leading expert in property valuation, marketing, financing and investment.

Saul joined his wife to form an expert Residential Real Estate resale team.
